Lita-Nadine Quetnick
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Lita-Nadine Quetnick has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Ms. Quetnick is the architect of the company’s service standards, procedures, and product. Prior to establishing Private Space Airways, she created and managed two transatlantic operations for two Fortune 100 companies: Daimler Chrysler and the Procter & Gamble Company. Ms. Quetnick is a veteran airline executive and pilot. She has experience with both union and non-union operations and air carriers, and is familiar with setting up a high-end only scheduled airline for multiple international corporate markets.
Ms. Quetnick has been active in senior management at both airlines and international global charter organizations. Ms. Quetnick was vice president of sales, marketing, and planning for Trans Meridian Airlines, with direct responsibility for marketing, sales, in-flight services, catering, baggage-handling, ground handling, claims, and customer service. She operated scheduled international routes to Caracas, Venezuela. Later, she held the position of senior vice president of marketing, sales, and business development at FlightTime, where she managed offices in London, Boston, Ohio, and California.
Ms. Quetnick holds a BA from Stanford University, an MA from The University of Southern California, and an MBA in Global Management. She serves on several boards of directors and was formerly engaged in fundraising for special projects at Stanford University.
Dave Myrick
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave Myrick has over 30 years of sales leadership experience in the airline industry. He has previously held the position of vice president of sales Americas for United Airlines, as well as various sales positions in several commercial airline companies, including Northwest Airlines, British Airways, and US Air.
Most recently, Mr. Myrick has held the position as senior vice president of sales for North America at The Hertz Corporation, with responsibility for sales execution of all Hertz's car rental brands which include Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Firefly.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Myrick served as vice president of business development at Superior Air Charter LLC (dba JetSuite) where he led JetSuite’s sales team in its strategic and day-to-day operations. Mr. Myrick also served in executive-level sales positions for private jet aviation companies, including executive vice president of sales for Jet Edge International.
Mr. Myrick holds a BA in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Randy Miller
Senior Vice President of Technical Operations
Randy Miller’s career spans more than 45 years in all areas of airline maintenance and technical engineering. He notably served as managing director, aircraft heavy maintenance for Alaska Airlines. Prior to joining Alaska Airlines, Mr. Miller held the position of vice president of aircraft maintenance operations for Northwest Airlines. While at Northwest, he was instrumental in a variety of re-engineering projects, including installation of production control systems and data processing support systems.
Previously, Mr. Miller was with Continental Airlines, where he served as staff vice president of maintenance and was one of the few executives Gordon Bethune relied on to guide Continental Airlines’ turnaround. During his tenure at Continental Airlines, Mr. Miller was involved with a re-engineering effort that resulted in one of the biggest maintenance expense turnarounds in aviation history.
Mr. Miller holds a BA in business administration and an MBA from Florida International University.
Diego Miralles

Diego Miralles has over 20 years of award-winning experience in branding and design. Mr. Miralles has developed corporate identities, product roadmaps and marketing for over a dozen major multi-national companies. He has experience working in large corporations, as well as start-ups, and has extensive international branding and design experience. His background spans B2B and B2C.
Mr. Miralles has spent his entire career managing high level branding and creative services, both with in-house and external resources. He has extensive experience working in the aircraft and product manufacturing industries for companies including Samsung, HTC, BMW, and ICON Aircraft as well as numerous start-ups. He is also CEO and founder of NextWing Autonomous Airborn Delivery Systems in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Miralles holds a Science in Industrial Design from the prestigious Art Center College of Design with advanced studies in aircraft design and manufacturing

Human Resources and Services is run by Ann Rhoades and her organization People Ink.
Ann Rhoades is the founder of People Ink, a Human Resources consulting firm. Prior to founding People Ink, Ms. Rhoades was chief people officer at Southwest Airlines and Promus Hotel Company (which includes Doubletree Hotel, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn). Ms. Rhoades also served as EVP at JetBlue Airways. She is a co–founder of JetBlue.
Ms. Rhoades and her team have designed a Built-On-Values® leadership system that has evolved over twenty–five years. She is the author of the book Built on Values.
Cameron Burr

Cameron Burr has more than 25 years of airline industry experience in the areas of corporate development and finance. Since 2009, he has served as executive vice president of corporate development and marketing for AvioServ, and as senior vice president of corporate development and managing director at Aerothrust Corporation. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Burr served as executive vice president of corporate development and executive vice president and president of POGO Jet, Inc. Prior to his tenure at POGO Jet, Mr. Burr served as managing partner at Jet Capital, which he co-founded in 1992.
He currently advises NexPhase Capital in the area of industrial services and is on the board of directors for American Global Logistics, Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, Mxi Technologies, and ALOFT. He formerly served on the board of Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC.
Mr. Burr’s background also includes the restructuring of SBS International (subsequently acquired by Boeing), a leading provider of scheduling software to the airline industry, providing support services for aircraft leasing transactions, facilitating corporate refinancing, and representing hedge funds on their aviation investments.
Mr. Burr holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Wings Club based in New York.
Ann Rhoades

Ann Rhoades is a visionary corporate executive with over 25 years of experience in a variety of service-based industries. She is president of People Ink, her consulting company that helps organizations create unique workplace cultures based on values and performance. Ms. Rhoades previously held the positions as vice president of the people department for Southwest Airlines, executive vice president of team services for Promus Hotel Corporation, and executive vice president of people for JetBlue Airways. Ms. Rhoades was a co-founder of JetBlue along with David Neeleman.
Ms. Rhoades is well respected in the industry for her creative approach to creating customer- centric cultures and is a popular speaker on the subject of customer service and how to build a strong, high-performing culture.
Ms. Rhoades currently serves on the board of the Regis Corporation, NexPhase Capital, University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center, and New Mexico Appleseed. She is president of the University of New Mexico Alumni Association Board and chairman for Safer New Mexico Now. Ms. Rhoades’ former boards include JetBlue Airways, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, HireVue, Inc., and Restoration Hardware. She served as executive council for Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School Board, the University of New Mexico-Robert O Anderson School of Business National Advisory Board, and Accion New Mexico and Albuquerque Community Foundation.
Ms. Rhoades is the author of the book Built on Values, released in 2011.
Ms. Rhoades has a Master of Business Administration, Management from University of New Mexico.
David Hurley
Advisor to the Board
David Hurley has over 40 years of experience in operations, marketing, and sales in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. He is the founder of Flight Services Group (FSG). His entrepreneurial approach led to the successful growth of FSG, setting the standards for safety, training, and professionalism in business aviation, while creating one of the world’s largest providers of corporate aircraft management and executive charter in the US.
In year 2000, FSG was acquired by PrivatAir, a Swiss airline. Mr. Hurley then assumed the position as chief executive officer of PrivatAir. In 2003, Mr. Hurley was appointed vice chairman of PrivatAir. Mr. Hurley currently also holds a seat on the board of directors of Aviation Partners Boeing, a joint venture co-owned by Aviation Partners Inc. and the Boeing Company.
Before founding FSG, Mr. Hurley served as executive vice president of Canadair Challenger (a Division of General Dynamics). Prior to that role, he was regional manager at Commercial Jet Marketing Division of the Cessna Aircraft Company. He began his career in 1968 as director of marketing, Government and Military Products Division, for RF Communications, a division of the Harris Intertype Corporation.
Mr. Hurley, who began flying at age 14 in a Stinson Voyager, is a professional aviator. He holds Airline Transport and Instructor Certificates and FAA Check Airman Authority, and has numerous business jet aircraft type ratings. He has logged over 15,000 hour of flight time over the past 55 years.
Mr. Hurley holds a Masters Professional Director Certification issued by the Corporate Directors Croup, an accredited educational organization of Risk Metrics/ISS Government Services.
Holly Nelson
Advisor to the Board
Holly Nelson has over 30 years of experience in finance ranging from start–ups to large global high–transaction, capital-intensive companies. She began her career at Northwest Airlines as director of corporate accounting and reporting. She later moved on to take the position as SVP, controller and chief accounting officer at JetBlue Airways where she led financial plans to scale JetBlue from $100 million to over a billion. Ms. Nelson later served as VP of finance and controller at Eos Airlines, SVP of finance and controller at XOJET, and SVP and CFO at Virgin America.
Ms. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a comprehensive public accounting major and Magna Cum Laude distinction, from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Ms Nelson is also a CPA.
